Please read carefully the following two forms: TERMS AND AGREEMENTS and RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS.

Every passenger must complete and sign a Terms and Agreements form and Release of Liability form before registration is considered complete. Passengers may register online (BOOK THIS TRIP) and these forms are available there. Or phone the G2Adventures office for a copy of these documents.

TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

Prices & Payment
This McCall's Quilting Adventure program to Ireland is being operated by G2 Adventures (G2). G2 will only reserve space on this trip with receipt of a registration form and deposit for each person traveling.

The deposit amount is $1000 per person per trip.

The deposit is due at the time of booking. You will not be asked for your credit card information online. The G2 office will call you and will process your credit card information by phone. Your invoiced balance is due June 1, 2010. If balance is not received 120 days prior to departure, G2 will no longer hold your reservation and reserves the right to book an alternate traveler.

All payments made to G2 must be made by Check, Money Order or Credit Card. Checks drawn on foreign banks must be imprinted by the bank as payable in U.S. funds. G2 reserves the right to refuse acceptance or deny participation prior to departure of anyone it deems unsuitable for a trip.

The trip price is subject to increase based on fuel surcharges issued by the airline.

Reservations
As this trip and flights may fill several months before departure, G2 encourages early reservations. Remember, we cannot confirm your space on this trip if you have not completed the Registration Form and paid your deposit.

Late Sign-Up & Stand-by
G2 cannot guarantee acceptance of late sign-ups, those made less than 120 days prior to departure. If we are able to accept deposits less than 120 days before a trip departure, a late sign-up fee of 5% of the total land costs will be assessed to cover administrative charges necessary to expedite your reservation and transmit your departure materials. Balance payment will also be due at the time of booking. In the event the tour is fully booked at the time we receive your deposit and Registration Form, we will offer you the option of being placed on a stand-by list, or return your deposit in full. If you agree to go on the stand-by list and are not accepted on the trip, your deposit will be returned in full.

Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel within 10 days of making your reservation to receive the full refund of your deposit, less credit card processing fees.

We ask for a deposit of $1,000, which will confirm your reservation. At 120 days prior to departure, the full payment is due. If you cancel your reservation 120 days or more prior to trip departure, we will refund all but a $500-per-person administrative fee. If you must cancel your reservation within 120 days of departure, no refund will be given.

We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance, available for coverage of expenses if you cancel due to illness or accident.

Cancellation and determination of cancellation fee is effective on the date of our receipt of your written notification. In addition, you are responsible for all airfare cancellation penalties, and any other non G2 associated expenses and penalties, which are not included above. Payments due at the time of cancellation remain your responsibility. No partial refunds are possible for unused hotel rooms, land travel, or sight-seeing arrangements included in the land cost. Deposits or cancellation costs cannot be applied to future trips. In the event G2 cancels a trip, for any reason, all money will be refunded.

Passport
A valid Passport is a requirement for this trip. Obtaining the Passport is your responsibility.

Accommodations
Accommodations will be double occupancy rooms as described or otherwise noted in the itinerary. If you are traveling alone but would prefer a roommate, we will make a reasonable effort to match you with one. If this is not possible, you must pay the Single Supplement as determined by G2.

Traveler Conduct
G2 strongly recommends leaving expensive personal items at home. This includes jewelry and electronic items such as laptop computers.

NOTE: Recent travel restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security limit the nature and size of carry-on items on all flights in and out of the United States. G2 will make every effort to inform you of the most recent regulations but it is your responsibility to determine whether specific items you require may be carried on-board any flight that is part of this trip or that is necessary to meet this trip. G2 is not responsible for delays caused by neither your actions nor those of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security or an authorized U.S. or foreign government agency.

Medical
By completing and submitting the Registration Form, you certify that you do not have any physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for yourself or other passengers. It is essential that any participant with a medical condition requiring regular treatment notify G2 and the trip leaders in writing at the time of deposit. While G2 will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs we assume no responsibility for medical care. G2 reserves the right to refuse any client access to, or continuation on, this trip if it deems you are not fit to start or continue.

Once you have been confirmed on this trip, medical circumstances will not be considered as exceptions to our cancellation policy. If you are taking medications, it is your responsibility to bring these on the trip. We recommend you bring any medication in its original, labeled container. We also strongly recommend you carry printed copies of all prescriptions, though we cannot guarantee filling medical prescriptions while overseas. If you need prescription eye glasses for any purpose, we recommend you bring at least one extra pair of eye glasses on this trip.

G2 Responsibility
G2 Adventures (G2) operates this program solely as an independent contractor. The tour services described in G2's brochures, including without limitation transportation, lodging, and sight-seeing, are provided by the carriers, hoteliers and other suppliers that are independent contractors and not agents for nor employees, partners or joint ventures of G2. G2 is not responsible for any loss of or damage to property or death or injury resulting from any act or omission of any supplier providing any tour service or any other person or entity or caused by strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restriction or regulation, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. You, the passenger, waive any rights which you may have against G2 in connection with the foregoing. Under no circumstance is G2 to be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his or her baggage and belongings.

Please Note:
The trip price is based on a minimum of 40 passengers. If there are fewer than 40 passengers booked with G2, the trip may still operate but the price may increase. If the price increases, you will be notified and you have the right to withdraw your reservation without penalty.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
G2 Adventures (hereinafter referred to as "G2") shall be responsible to the client for supplying the services and accommodations offered on the client's invoice / itinerary except to the extent such services and accommodations cannot be supplied due to causes beyond the control of G2. This duty arises out of contract between the client and G2 and there are no other implied or express duties outside of said contract.

I understand that while traveling with G2, to countries of my choice, I risk exposure to various health or life threatening dangers, to include but not limited to: theft, transportation accidents, natural disasters, social unrest and terrorist attack; and that G2 will make reasonable effort to avoid such dangers and/or provide care, in the event I fall victim to these, or similar dangers. I also understand that in so doing G2 admits to no fault or liability, and therefore I release G2 from liability from my involvement in any of these dangerous situations.

In consideration of the right to participate in a G2 trip, and the service arranged for me by G2 and its agents and representatives as introduced through this agreement, I do hereby assume all risks of bodily injury, death, emotional trauma, property damage and/or theft resulting from negligence or any other acts, however caused, and I release G2 and all of its agents and representatives from any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, demands that I may have for bodily injury, death or property damage, loss of income, and claims of every sort and nature whatsoever which have or may arise out of or in connection with my participation in a G2 trip or other activity.

This release of liability and assumption of all risks agreement is entered into on behalf of all members of my family, including any minors accompanying me or who travel on a G2 trip independent of me and for whom I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian.

This agreement is also binding on my heirs, administrators, executors, legal representatives and assigns. All applications are subject to acceptance by G2. Upon acceptance of my application this agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into and performed in Los Angeles, California, and shall be construed according to the laws of California only. In the event a legal dispute should arise involving any subject matter whatever, I agree that the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in California. Should the arbitration provision prove to be unenforceable, I agree that any legal action shall be brought before the appropriate court in Los Angeles, or Federal Court in California and that claims in such legal action will not exceed $500. I further agree that should the plaintiff fail to prevail in any legal dispute before a court said plaintiff hereby agrees to pay all reasonable attorneys' fees for the defendant in the dispute.

I have carefully read this entire Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risks , and I have read the complete Terms and Agreements, including notification of cancellation penalties. I fully understand all contents of this document and agree to same.
