Experience life in rural Tuscany as locals do, while exploring the food, the wine, and the fabric of this spectacular region. On our 2010 McCall's Italy Quilting Adventure we will live for six days in the charming village of Castellina in Chianti, Tuscany, where cars are banned from the village center, and where in many respects life continues as it has for centuries.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to enjoy breathtaking scenery, meet contemporary textile artisans, sample award winning wine, cheese and olive oil, and roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cooking lesson, Tuscan style.
